This is initiatory depth work. We walk the descent as well as the rising. These questions help me hold you well. They are held in confidence, and anything tender is welcome here.

Are you currently held by any support you would like me to be aware of? A therapist, a doctor, a trusted practitioner. This is optional and entirely confidential.

This work is not here to diagnose or treat any psychological or physical concern. It is a spiritual programme, focussed on rite of passage. I ask what follows only so I can walk beside you with care. What you share here is held in confidence and stored securely.

Have you ever been in therapy, in the past or now? Or have you felt you needed to be, perhaps without access to it? If so, when, and in what form?

What work are you doing now, or have you done, to heal the emotional woundings of your passage through life? Please be specific about the type of work and how long you gave to it.

Are you currently taking any psychiatric medication, or have you in the past?

Is there anything happening in your life right now, a loss, an illness, a tender season, that you would like me to know as you enter? Optional.

The programme runs across nine months, with two gatherings each moon cycle, your Sister Circle, and practices in between. Can you give yourself this time and devotion?
