This is initiatory depth work. We walk the descent as well as the rising. These questions help me hold you well. They are held in confidence, and anything tender is welcome here.

Are you currently held by any support you would like me to be aware of? A therapist, a doctor, a trusted practitioner. This is optional and entirely confidential.

This work is not here to diagnose or treat any psychological or physical concern. It is a spiritual programme, focussed on rite of passage. I ask what follows only so I can walk beside you with care. What you share here is held in confidence and stored securely.

Have you ever been in therapy, in the past or now? Or have you felt you needed to be, perhaps without access to it? If so, when, and in what form?

What work are you doing now, or have you done, to heal the emotional woundings of your passage through life? Please be specific about the type of work and how long you gave to it.

Are you currently taking any psychiatric medication, or have you in the past?

Is there anything happening in your life right now, a loss, an illness, a tender season, that you would like me to know as you enter? Optional.

The programme runs across nine months, with two gatherings each moon cycle, your Sister Circle, and practices in between. Can you give yourself this time and devotion?

Sovereign Sanctum. Everything in the Deeper Sanctum (which is online + the retreat), and then the deepest level of personal support. One-to-one coaching with me throughout the rite of passage, and you’ll be gifted inclusion in the Midlife Mavens menopause Monologues Book. A private extra day at the retreat held for this circle alone, and a personal metamorphosis style makeover as you step into your sovereignty (including a shopping spree). This is a premium offering for a very small number of women who long for personalised mentorship with Elayne Kalila, and are available to invest over $20K.

VI. FOR THE RETREAT PATH ONLY: DEEPER AND SOVEREIGN SANCTUMS

The Retreat gathers April 2-4, 2027. I suggest you arrive in Nevada City, California (you set up your own accommodation) on April 1. We will gather at my home temple–address to be provided later. Included: Lunch each day, all ceremonies, preparation, and integration calls. Not Included: Travel to California, accommodation, breakfast, dinner. I will guide you with suggestions. Sovereign Sanctum women gather for an additional private day woven around the retreat.
